How To's

Paint z-score, beta or p-value on a 3D brain for a query SNP

1. Select Query variants tab

2. Enter your query in Marker text field. The query should be either rs number or a string formatted as chr:basepair:ref_allele:alt_allele in GRCh38 coordinates. The alt_allele is going to be interpreted as an effect allele. If the query autocompletes while you are typing, simply click on the suggestion, otherwise press ENTER key after you are finished typing. This will submit your query.

3. If the query was successful, z-score will be painted by default. To paint a different parameter, select it from Parameter dropdown menu.

Download the requested regional SNP results

If your query result returned with data, a download link Download result will be automatically generated. It will appear just below the query input field.
