A colorscale is displayed as a set of swatches, where a swatch color represents a group of ROIs and/or a global trait, whose metric values are within the interval that the swatch label denotes.
A ROI group color can be customized using a colorpicker by clicking on a swatch and selecting a new color from the colorpicker menu.
Upon loading, the z-score colored range is set to [ -15, 15 ]. For values outside of this interval the color of ROIs and also of their swatches is set to white, but can be customized using the colorpicker. We encourage you to interact with the visualization and modify swatch colors! 😊
If there is no data available for a ROI and/or a global trait, it will be assigned to a 'no data' swatch. The color of this swatch will be black and is not customizable.
