The ENIGMA ADHD working group aims to carry out meta-analysis of existing MRI data of children and adults with ADHD and controls. Our first data freeze was set at 28th of February 2014 and includes 1729 cases and 1544 controls from 23 international groups. Our first meta- and mega-analysis are now ongoing. Special points of attention will be given to the effects of age, gender and medication on brain structure in ADHD. In addition, we expect to analyze developmental aspects of altered brain morphology.
